Sample Student Portfolio

Here you will learn how to create your own art portfolio page with your original artwork and information. Eventually you can share your page with others. Read my directions to get started and then have fun using the templates and options with Wikispaces.

1. Give a title to your wiki page, such as Jordan's art portfolio or Jordan's SHMS art portfolio. This is what others will see in the navigation pane to view your page.
2. Next, set up your name position at the top of the page. This should be a larger size type since it is a title. Observe the example:
3. You can edit the text by clicking on the "T" icon. Here you can change the font, color and style.
4. Add your current grade level and quarter. We will need to get permission from your parents to publish your personal information.
5. You can also create a link to your portfolio page in your google account.
Student Name Here
Grade level
Class code (7-5A or 6-3B, etc)
Semester 1 or 2

In this space, you would add one of your favorite art works. To upload a digital copy of your work, we will photograph with an iPad. I will demonstrate this process in class.
